  • I understand that swing dancing is both physical and athletic, and therefore poses some natural risks, for which I accept full responsibility. Furthermore I agree not to hold Lindy Focus, its organizers, or Jazz Art legally or morally responsible for any injury or mental discomfort I experience under any circumstance.
  • My registration payment is non-refundable, but may be transfered to another person with prior notification to the organizers of Lindy Focus.
  • Housing is not provided by nor guaranteed by Lindy Focus and I understand that it is my responsibility to make these arrangements myself either with the Crowne Plaza Resort, or another host of my choice.
