Making Your Reservation
We're thrilled to announce that thanks to everyone showing up for us last year, we've once again secured the entire hotel for Lindy Focus '26! This means the shenanigans can continue. Our exclusive group discount link is now active, allowing you to book your room directly.
Below are all of your options for booking reservations:
Call toll-free at 1-844-330-0296 to Crowne Plaza's central reservations call center and mention the group name Lindy Focus 2026 or the group code LIS to receive the special group rate.
Call the local number at 828-285-2603 during normal business hours Monday - Friday, 9:00 am – 4:30 pm and ask for in-house reservations mentioning the Lindy Focus 2026.
Visit the hotel website, enter the block dates needed, and enter the group code LIS.
Use the booking link 2026 Lindy Focus Booking Link which will automatically add the contracted block dates and the group code.
A Special Note About Villa Reservations:
Please note that all contracted Villas and/or Suites must be booked directly with the hotel and are not available through the central reservations office or the online booking link.
Call the hotel directly at 828-285-2635 to book villas/and or suites as well as any days outside of the contracted dates.

Convenient Location
Crowne Plaza Resort Asheville is located just one mile from downtown Asheville, making it easy to explore all that this vibrant city has to offer. We’ll be close to many other popular attractions, including the Grove Park Inn, the Asheville Art Museum, and the North Carolina Arboretum.
Please Note:
Housekeeping: If you want your room cleaned on a non-mandatory cleaning day please call the front desk to let them know you’d like your room serviced. All rooms will have one mandatory cleaning day.
Clean Towels: Bring your dirty towels to the front desk to exchange for clean ones. Please do not take towels off of housekeeping carts.
Microwaves: can be found on each guest floor near elevator landings.
Room rules: No cooking is allowed in any hotel room and may result in being asked to leave the hotel. Fire codes limit people in a standard sleeping room to 5. Please do not leave items in the hallways (looking at you Buff Deer shrines).
Hotel Cancellation Policy: The last day to Cancel your reservation is December 15. After that date you will be charged the full amount for your reservation even if you are not there.
Check out: Guests must be out of rooms by 11 am. On the 1st and 2nd a late checkout may be obtained until 2 pm for a $50 fee. Check out after 2 pm will result in an additional night’s charge.
Work out facilities: There is a small fitness room in the main hotel near the main lobby with a small number of cardio machines and free weights. There is a large facility down the hill (you’ll pass it when coming in the main entrance) with a large gym, pool, hot tub, showers, etc. There will be a shuttle taking guests up and down the hill who may want to use the fitness center’s showers.
